Position Description

Computer Refresh Duties & Responsibilities
- Serves as a principal source of information on computer selection reach outs and advises faculty or staff on existing options or alternatives.
- Supports outreach to schedule individual deployments as they relate to overall schedule.
- May assist in preparing orders for computers and related deployment hardware.
- Ensures customer satisfaction with deployments through follow up and corrective action.
- Assists in assigning assets to individuals and updating corresponding asset records.
Asset Management Duties & Responsibilities
- Works with customers to determine asset reporting needs.
- Create reports, review asset trends and review with management on next steps.
- Assists in managing inventory and asset tracking.
- Tracks purchased assets from inception through resale or disposal
- Tracks leased assets from inception through disposal/return
- Completes asset audits.
Administrative Duties & Responsibilities
- Organizes and implements administrative systems and procedures performing necessary support duties.
- Provides for smooth day-to-day flow of communications between our unit, staff, and faculty.
- Gathers and maintains data for and assists in preparing reports and/or spreadsheets, often using a variety of computer software.
- Will compose, proofread, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports and other materials using Word processing, spreadsheets and/or databases.
- Participates in measuring performance and capturing/reporting on lessons learned to continuously improve the deployment project and process.
- Contributes to unit goals by accomplishing related duties as required.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years related work experience

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven record of accomplishment.
- Excellent Excel and database skills
- Proficiency using a variety of computer software and systems.
- A willingness to take ownership and be accountable where appropriate is essential.
- Business training beyond high school or college background is preferred.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to bend, push, pull, stoop, climb, stand and lift up to 45 pounds frequently (occasional heavier items).
