Job Description:
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. You will serve as a key resource for both employees and management, ensuring the successful implementation of HR initiatives while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviewing, and new hire orientation
Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
Support employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
Assist with performance management, including employee evaluations and corrective actions
Conduct training sessions on HR policies, employee development, and company programs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS
Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that align with company goals
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related role
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
