What You’ll Do
As our Call Center Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing schedules, attendance, and shift assignments for the call center team.
Supporting onboarding and training for new hires.
Tracking and reporting performance metrics to keep the team on track.
Maintaining and updating call logs, databases, and documentation.
Acting as the go-to person for resolving day-to-day operational challenges.
Assisting with special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in a call center or administrative role is a plus.
Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other call center software.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and ready to tackle changing priorities.
Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others.
