Job Summary: The Multifaith Chaplaincy and Sustained Dialogue at Oberlin College welcomes applications for the position of Dialogue Fellow , a 10-month full-time Administrative and Professional Staff (A&PS) position that requires flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend hours. The Fellow reports to the Director of Sustained Dialogue ( DSD ) and collaborates closely with the Coordinator of Sustained Dialogue ( CSD ). The Fellow offers critical and strategic support to the Coordinator and Director in key areas, including data intake and analysis on the dialogue experience, dialogue recruitment, retention, and orientation and training. With a second-semester start, the portion for this year is a seven month position (January 13, 2025 – July 11, 2025) that may be funded the following year with budgetary approval. Responsibilities: The Dialogue Fellow works closely with the Sustained Dialogue Coordinator in three key areas: the recruitment and retention of Dialogue participants and facilitators; the student-driven data essential to program development, and communication within the dialogue community and the larger campus community. The Fellow works closely with student interns and honors the student voice and leadership central in Dialogue models. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Compensation: Within the ranges established for this position, salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and includes an excellent benefits package.
