High Reach Forklift Operator - Military Veterans

• 2nd shift - Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11pm
• 3rd Shift - Sunday - Thursday 7pm - 5pm or Monday - Thursday 9pm - 5am

Operate stand-up reach forklifts to move products, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently in our cold storage warehouse. You'll follow all safety standards, policies, and procedures to keep operations running smoothly while being a vital part of the team that keeps the supply chain moving.

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate forklifts to move and store palletized goods in our warehouse.
• Load and unload products for shipment with precision and care.
• Use Radio Frequency (RF) technology to track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and ensure forklifts and batteries are properly maintained and charged.
• Collaborate with teammates and operate other material handling equipment as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Basic math skills to handle inventory tracking.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures-as cold as -20°F (-25°C) in frozen storage and up to 100°F (37°C) in dry storage.
• Physically capable of lifting at least 40 lbs. (more depending on facility needs).
• Flexible with scheduling, including the possibility of weekend shifts.
• Adaptable to working in environments with varying noise levels.
