Financial Research Administration Supervisor | University of California San Francisco - Military Veterans

The Department of Neurology is recruiting a Financial Research Administration Supervisor (FRAS) to advise our faculty in the strategic management of their funding portfolios. The FRAS will Supervise staff in the financial administration of grants and contracts according to established policies, practices, and defined internal controls Manage complex faculty portfolios, including clinical trial agreements, grants, and contracts funded by federal, state, city, and private sponsors Foster the ongoing training and career development of financial research administration staff Leverage their research administration experience to resolve issues that may arise among faculty, staff, and sponsors Identify risks and implement solutions to prevent financial losses and protect our scientific integrity Set priorities and analyze workflows to optimize efficiency in managing high-volume and high-complexity transactions. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $108,800 - $163,200 (Annual Rate).
