Assistant Coach- Women Soccer
About the Opportunity
Responsibilities:
Assist with coaching strategies to maintain a highly competitive Division I soccer program; identify and evaluate talent and cultivate productive recruiting relationships with prospects, coaches and other key stakeholders; assist with all recruit visits; ability to create and run applicable training sessions; provide positively focused mentorship and guidance to student-athletes; coordinate team logistics and serve as program liaison for designated support areas; coordinate pre-season housing and meals; assist with fund-raising activities and complete other administrative duties as assigned by the head coach; traveling with team and working evenings as well as weekends is required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Three years of coaching experience at an NCAA program, preferably with a Division I program. Collegiate or international playing experiences preferred. Thorough knowledge of recruiting practices and NCAA regulations required. Strong verbal and written communication and management skills required.
