Job Type: Officer of Administration Bargaining Unit: Regular/Temporary: Temporary End Date if Temporary: 7/30/2025 Hours Per Week: 35 Standard Work Schedule: Building: Salary Range: $62,400 - $70,000 The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Summary A Data Analyst (Clinical) is being sought to assist the division of Women???s Mental Health in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. This is a temporary position. Responsibilities Perform electronic medical record abstraction from Electronic Medical Record systems (EPIC) for collection of clinical data. Carry out data analyses and collaborate with clinical and biostatistics teams to determine optimal data analytic approaches. Take lead on manuscript write-up and submission based on data from abstraction work as well as other available data sources in the lab or publicly available. Function as a liaison between division chief and EPIC analytic team. Perform data compilation, synthesis, and extrapolation functions to prepare meaningful, timely, and accurate reports. Lead data analyses and manuscript preparation stemming from data abstraction work. Act as the contact person for EPIC personnel related to Quality Improvement initiatives, such as assessing screening rates for depression. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested. Minimum Qualifications Requires a bachelor???s degree or equivalent in education and experience. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in data management and abstraction. Proficient Statistical software programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
