Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Stakeholder Specialist to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Generate and update spreadsheets/SharePoint, track deliverables; ensure all appropriate forms adhere to Client and Parsons guidance and policy.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of a large, professional office team, including directing support staff as the team grows.
- Coordinate with key administrative stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the delivery team office and uninterrupted support to the senior leadership team.
- Perform tracking and management of internal and external tasks as required by the senior leadership team.
- Monitor and track overall financial administration efforts and ensure compliance with policy and guidance, in coordination with internal stakeholders as required.

- Developed an events strategy to launch real estate developments, fostering community engagement and investor interest.
- Demonstrated experience with verbal and written communication and coordination skills to effectively work with individuals at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience with supporting large, professional teams in challenging environments, working to deadlines and budgets.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing standard business application software for presentations, word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage and work in a team, deliver objectives and targets.
- Liaise with other departments, disciplines or any other internal and external stakeholders such as contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, government agencies, consultants, or investors, or others as necessary.
- Perform various coordinating tasks and administrative duties such as maintaining department documentation.
- Perform administrative functions between other offices as necessary.
- Maintain documents by listing the documents and storing them at the designated places.
- Act as point of contact and coordinate departmental tasks as required.
- Prepare and develop statistical work-related reports as needed.
- Provide administrative support in work related responsibilities.
What preferred education/ experience is required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or professional equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience of managing significant size professional offices.
- Demonstrated experience of managing significant size office support staff team.
- Demonstrated experience of managing the budget for significant size professional office.
- Demonstrated experience with creating and maintaining databases, summary data, spreadsheets, graphic documents, and maintaining associated websites
- Strong written and verbal communication (English), organizational, and interpersonal skills, as and the ability to meet deadlines.
- 7+ years of directly related work experience.
