Job Overview



The Platform Cybersecurity Analyst will support the Digital Transformation initiative focused on Adobe Digital Experience Platform applications by ensuring robust security practices are integrated into the development lifecycle. This role is responsible for embedding security into coding and development practices, monitoring for potential vulnerabilities, and implementing security protocols to safeguard the platform against threats. The analyst will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure compliance with industry security standards and help maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data across digital platforms.



Key Job Responsibilities





  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) of Adobe Digital Experience Platform applications.


  • Perform regular security assessments, code reviews, and vulnerability testing to identify and mitigate risks.


  • Implement security protocols and controls to protect platform integrity, confidentiality, and availability.


  • Monitor the platform for potential security threats and vulnerabilities, responding to incidents and providing root cause analysis.


  • Ensure compliance with industry security standards, including encryption, authentication, and data protection measures.


  • Provide guidance and training to developers on secure coding practices and emerging cybersecurity threats.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain security features within the platform.


  • Work with external vendors and managed security service providers to address critical security issues.


  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to security policies and procedures.




Qualifications/Requirements





  • Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or related field.


  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably within a platform or software development environment.


  • Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and experience working within SDLC.


  • Familiarity with Adobe Digital Experience Platform or similar platforms is a plus.


  • Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment tools, penetration testing, and security frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST).


  • Expertise in encryption, authentication, and other data protection techniques.


  • Familiarity with cloud security principles (e.g., Azure) and container security (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).


  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.


  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across development, operations, and security teams.


  • Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CSSLP are a plus.

Hiring Range 

At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $95,000-$120,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
