Job Description Summary

Operations Customer Service Specialist 2 - OPS performs research and adjustments in completing the governmental reclamations process.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing of governmental Reclamations, Fed Debits, and Death Notification entries.
  • Research including, but not limited to, internal and external phone calls, address verification, and payment returns.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

This position will be available hybrid. You must be near a Huntington Corporate office.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1 or more years of banking operations experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
