Employment Testing Proctor - Military Veterans

Job Description:
Position is responsible to ensure that written and practical testing are conducted as described by contract and/or policy.
This position will coordinate and schedule testing as needed. The successful applicant will have some flexibility when scheduling exams to accommodate all party's schedules.
Job Duties:
1. Acts as a neutral third party in employment testing. Will monitor both written and practical tests. Ensures that candidates are given the proper materials, information and time allotted during tests. Ensures that candidates are not provided with information, tools or time that are not allowed under policy, contract or test directions. Ensures a fair, consistent and ethical process in the delivery of employment testing.
2. Coordinates and schedules employment testing times, locations and attendees; creates documentation for proper record keeping and tracking; ensures the Collective Bargaining Agreement is followed.
Minimum Qualifications:
An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year experience in HR and/or employment processes
