Full Consideration Date: 01/08/2025 Job Description: Under general supervision, assists University travelers with the planning and execution of business travel itineraries including but not limited to airfare, hotel accommodations, registrations, car rentals, etc.; facilitates the reconciliation of travel expenses purchased using the travel card; collaborates with University travelers to initiate any out-of-pocket reimbursements on their behalf; examines supporting documentation and verifies account worktags for accuracy; facilitates routine travel awareness trainings to educate University travelers on compliance with University guidelines; reviews and approves travel cash advance requests; provides suggestions for process improvements, policy changes, and training needs; stays up to date on the latest travel industry news and trends as well as applicable state, federal and University rules and regulations; and performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Eligibility Requirements: Any combination of progressively responsible related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education, and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to four years of full-time employment.
