Job Summary:
This position will perform clinical assessments and interventions for patients presenting to the Emergency Department with behavioral health concerns. Will perform assessments for admission to behavioral health and engage in discharge planning and referrals for necessary aftercare services or will refer to the most appropriate next level of care.
Skills /Knowledge/Abilities:
The ideal candidate will possess experience with behavioral health assessments and care coordination.

Required Education:
MSW
Required Related Experience:
3 yrs
Required License/Registration/Certification :
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at time of hire
Preferred Education/Experience:
Master's Degree in Social Work/Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and 3+ years of behavioral health experience preferred.
