Position: Leasing Specialist
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Fridays 8am-noo
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Leasing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, adapting to a rapidly changing environment, and demonstrating a proven track record of success in leasing and property management. Exceptional references from previous assignments, particularly from direct reports, are a must.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and benefits to potential tenants.
Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and ensure timely follow-up with prospective tenants.
Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and tenant concerns are addressed.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective leasing strategies.
Meet or exceed leasing goals and contribute to the overall success of the property portfolio.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Leasing Specialist or in a similar role within the property management industry.
Strong references from previous assignments, particularly from direct reports, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and exceptional performance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Proficiency in leasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
