Assistant Production Supervisor

A Snapshot of Your Day

As member of the Operations team, the Assistant Production Supervisor will be responsible to support Production Manager and Production Supervisors in their daily activities. Focus will be to ensure the delivery of daily targets with strong commitment to safety and quality.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Support Production Supervisors/ Manager in effectively managing a workforce to accomplish daily, monthly and annual targets
Maintain workflow by monitoring processes and eliminating bottlenecks
Continuous improvement using Lean techniques and digitalization
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve process and product
Develop strong team through training and development

What You Bring

Bachelor’s Degree is required
2-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Excellent Communication Skills
