The Cyber Intelligence Solutions Division’s Finance and Business Operations (F&BO) team is seeking an energetic and proactive person to join their team.

This role will include all facets of program finance including establishing / managing program Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB), analysis and reconciliation of actual costs, development of Estimates at Complete (EAC), conducting Earned Value analysis and determination of appropriate Earned Value techniques, and associated variance analysis using various enterprise tool sets including Cobra and SAP.

The Program Analyst will work cross functional alongside program management, Integrated Product Teams (IPT's), Control Account Managers (CAM's), Engineers as well as our own Financial & Business Operations (F&BO) organization to meet the expectations of this fast-paced development program.

This position will be responsible for the following:
- Implementation of day-to-day program finance responsibilities of managing program business and financial performance from proposal and negotiations through contract execution and closeout;
- Earned Value management and reporting (IPMR, CFSR, BMR);
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Semi-Annual Financial Forecasting of Orders, Sales, Profit, & Cash and Long Range Planning;
- Analysis and preparation of quarterly CSR positions and charts. Assist the program team and financial management in proactively monitoring and forecasting program expenditures, highlighting issues / concerns / trends, and ensuring program financial commitments are met;
- Will interact with a variety of program and financial management personnel and ensure alignment with company and program processes and procedures;
- Prepare, analyze, and report/present program level earned value and financial performance to F&BO and Program teams.
- Support Ad Hoc financial analysis requests from internal and external customers.
- Effectively communicate performance to leadership teams.
- US citizen with an ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience establishing and/ or managing cost baselines.
- Bachelor or Master's degree
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of the Earned Value Management (EVM)
Desired Skills:
-Ability to multi-task and manage challenging assignments;
-Proficient in Word, Excel Query, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI and Tableau;
-Working knowledge of EACs, CFSR, CSR Model;
-Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills;
-Working knowledge of Cobra;
-Experience and ability to interface with senior management;
- MBA and/or a Masters Degree in Accounting / Finance from an accredited University / College
- Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or any other related function

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
