The Work
Are you an accomplished Engineering team lead? This dynamic position supports a hardworking Lockheed Martin team responsible for the engineering of Common Source Library used on naval ships and other applications. You will work in a collaborative Agile environment supporting the full lifecycle of complex state-of-the-art systems that are deployed across the globe. From simulating the entire Aegis Combat System, developing tactical software, to developing applications to support data analysis and mission outcome, you will drive the development of enterprise software capabilities enabled by cloud-based software tools, agile methodologies, integration and automated test accelerating delivery timelines. You will act as a software authority and help to guide the team through various program achievements and customer demos.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related engineering or computer science discipline

• 5 or more years' experience with Engineering Lifecycle Development and corresponding processes (i.e. Systems, Software, Configuration Management, Test, Quality Assurance, etc.)

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance at the 'Secret' level

• Experience with Model Based Engineering tools

• Experience with Static Code Analysis tools

• Continuous Integration/Continuous Development

• Experience with Cost estimation/Proposal experience, including software sizing estimation

• Leader experience with a proven track record of effective team leadership, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, and customer interaction

• Experience with systems, software, and hardware architectures

• Demonstrated experience utilizing Agile frameworks and understanding of Agile development concepts

• Experience in application development, common coding standards, configuration management principles

• Experience with integration and testing techniques
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
