ABOUT THE POSITION:
- The Invoice Verifier will review and verify the validity of freight invoices, bills of lading (BOLs), and rate confirmations sheets.
- This is a full time position, 40 hours per week. Typical work hours will be Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and working overtime may be required depending on business need.
- The pay for this position is $17/hour.
- The position is located at Love’s corporate office in Oklahoma City.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review bills of lading (BOLs) and invoicing for accuracy and validity.
- Contact customers to verify the validity of bills of lading and rate confirmations.
- Communicate with customers and team members.
- Handle additional duties as needed.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- 1-2 years’ experience in transportation (trucking), billing, invoicing, banking, or customer service environment preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the trucking industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
