What You'll Do:
- Dedicate your attention to assigned customers, ensuring they attain their desired outcomes through the effective utilization of Yardi's screening product.
- Leverage your expertise in efficiency and processes to aid clients in the development of policies and workflows.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and synthesis of data to create quarterly/monthly reports that highlight account performance.
- Actively troubleshoot and resolve all client-related issues and requests.
- Utilize your excellent interpersonal skills to educate clients on the latest features and functionality.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, including meetings with client executives and other key partners.
- Collaborate within a dynamic team, working alongside customer support representatives and other internal staff to deliver the highest levels of service to our customers.
- Apply your technical acumen to understand client configurations and collaborate with the development team to align with new product releases.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a track record of previous account management experience.
- Proficient with technology and capable of addressing a diverse range of client software issues and requests.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Working proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook.
- Prior experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
- Exceptional customer service skills, driven by a strong commitment to exceed expectations.
- Demonstrated excellence in attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior property management or resident screening experience.
- Prior experience presenting to executive level clients.
- A big picture focus while still being able to see the small details.
