What your job duties will entail:
- You will build strong relationships with internal and external customers to create "Customers for Life”
- You will be responsible for the day to day operations of a Insulation Installer, using excellent time management skills:
- You will load materials on the truck to take to the worksite
- You will inspect worksite for safety hazards and notify the supervisor of any dangers
- You will complete any necessary prep work for proper installation
- You will install insulating materials according to work order
- You will perform quality checks after products are installed
- You will follow a service schedule within an assigned territory ensuring safe and timely arrival at each customer’s location
- You will complete the necessary paperwork as required for job pay and inventory accountability
- You will partner with internal groups such as customer service, sales, fellow service professionals, and management to ensure extraordinary customer service
- You will perform warehouse duties that may include cleaning, inventory, loading and unloading trucks and trailers
- You will keep a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle

Qualifications
What you need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- No Experience Required!
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Able to lift and move ladders larger than 32 foot, and climb 60 feet
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
