(PTL Canada) Operations Coordinator - Military Veterans

Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for all Administrative/Service functions that contribute to Penske Truck Leasing's success in servicing our customers in a fast paced environment. The candidate selected for this position will be developed by the district leadership team and has regular interaction with all departments in the organization with leadership at both the district and area level. Location: 101 High Plains Pl, Calgary, AB T4A 0W7
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Major Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls expertly
- Be able to assist every customer, on every call
- Responsible for fuel reconciliation/control
- Responsible for electronic accounts payable/control
- Responsible for accident rebilling
- Assist the service department when required with quarterly inventory, weekly cycle count and parts management
- Responsible for processing parts invoices
- In service, de-install/transfer units
- Assist with review of billing
- Assist Sales Team with sales paperwork/contribution information
- Asset Management
- Review and analyze established Penske operational reports, presenting findings to district leadership
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Prior automotive industry experience is preferred
- Proficiency with computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required
- Ability to work independently required
- Strong written and verbal communication is required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task are required
- Bilingual English/French; oral and written communication
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or AS400 skills highly desirable, as is the ability to learn other software systems
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment and education) is required.
