Position Summary
Provide a high level of front?line operational support for Executive areas for MSU. The MSUIT Executive Support team is responsible for workstation setup, support, management, and all support needs including AV support setup, mobile device, presentation support, and meeting support. Works as a team player reporting to Exec Support manager, triages incoming customer requests, and handles customer escalations. This may include working with university stakeholders to configure, and distribute assets to meet business objectives; tagging, managing, and decommissioning assets.

Minimum Requirements
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in an information technology area related to the duties to be performed; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with imaging, asset management, and backup software: working with vendors; managing workstations in a complex environment (both Windows and iOS); exceptional customer service values and skills, including ability to successfully resolve conflict constructively and to maintain positive relationships with supported clients.
