The Data Driven Services Manager will be responsible for growing customer value, connections and sales of Data Driven Services, including Alture Maintain & Alture Optimize. Core functions are creating a business plan to accelerate connectivity year over year, motivating product and service sales teams to become product experts and want to sell Data Driven Services, while supporting the cross-selling of tightening optimization solutions. Your goal is to ensure we become the industry leader in data driven services regarding sales and creating value for our US and Canadian customers.

Are you our next Data Driven Services Manager?
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives - Service, this role will be instrumental in strengthening our Data Driven Services market position within our customer base.
Here's how you'll make an impact:
- Motivate and inspire sales teams to actively promote Data Driven Service software solutions by maintaining expert knowledge of products and applying the Strategic Partnership Selling process during customer engagements.
- Travel with regional salespeople to engage target customers, applying and teaching the Strategic Partnership Selling process.
- Effectively communicate with all levels of customers, have great customer management skills, and the desire to reach the appropriate customer levels to ensure success.
- Develop and execute an annual business plan focused on growth by maximizing hit rate, optimizing pricing, increasing cross-selling opportunities, and addressing market needs such as Industry 4.0 expectations.
- Collaborate with Zone Managers, Customer Leaders, and Regional Sales Managers to prioritize customers and revenue opportunities, set ambitious software sales goals, and develop strategies for achieving them.
- Analyze competitor offerings to highlight unique selling points, address advantages/disadvantages, and craft ROI-driven justifications, equipping Sales with best-in-class competitive insights and marketing materials.
- Deliver expert presentations and demonstrations of Data Driven Services products aligned with creation of sales strategies and "how to sell" material.
- Provide value-based internal feedback by sharing customer insights, market trends, and R&D ideas while working with U.S. and global teams to implement improvements effectively.
- Support customers in achieving continuous production and quality improvements through data analytics while showcasing the value of Data Driven Services to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain follow-up strategies with Sales to sustain momentum, address gaps in offerings, and ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT/Computer Science, Communications, or related field.
- Sales experience: Relevant sales experience (e.g. territory growth, account management or business development) with consistent KPI's preferred.
- Technical aptitude: Strong mechanical and technical understanding required to engage with customers effectively.
- Travel-ready: Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region, including both domestic and international trips to support sales meetings, client engagement, and business forecasting activities; overnight travel may also be required based on business needs.
- Presentation skills: Strong communication skills with experience in product demonstrations a plus.
- Proven track record: Experience selling software solutions to a wide variety of customers.
- Computer skills: Maintain expert status in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint).
