Amentum is seeking a highly qualified Logistics Resupply Planner that will serve as an advisor for the planning, execution, and monitoring of subsistence support during both normal and contingency U.S. Navy Operations at Makalapa Annex aboard U.S. Pacific Fleet.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide expert oversight and guidance for food service operations across multiple U.S. Navy platforms, including carriers, surface ships, and submarines.
- Ensure food service teams comply with Navy standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Advise on the development and implementation of Navy-standard menus tailored to platform-specific capabilities and mission requirements.
- Help manage and oversee the end-to-end process of food ordering, receipt, and storage using Navy systems such as FSM and STORES.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and proper stowage to maximize capacity and minimize waste.
- Develop detailed plans for feeding operations supporting 500 to 5,000+ personnel, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to nutritional guidelines.
- Execute and monitor Push Logistics concepts to streamline the delivery of food and supplies to Navy vessels.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including vendors, logistics teams, and ship personnel, to ensure timely and effective resupply.
- Identify and resolve challenges related to shipboard food service and logistics, such as storage limitations or supply chain disruptions.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of food service operations and logistics, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement contingency plans for subsistence support during emergencies or mission-critical operations.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and operational capability.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field (eight years of experience can be substituted in place of degree).
- Minimum of 10 years in the U.S. Navy with demonstrated leadership in shipboard food service operations.
- Broad experience with Navy standard menus, methods, and equipment across multiple platforms (e.g., carriers, surface ships, submarines).
- Extensive experience with U.S. Navy food ordering, receiving, and stowage processes.
- Proficiency in Navy food systems, including Food Service Management (FSM) software & Subsistence Total Order and Receipt Electronic System (STORES).
- Expertise in planning and managing food service for 500 to 5,000+ personnel.
- Comprehensive understanding of Push Logistics concepts, methodologies, and execution.
- Knowledge of Navy regulations, policies, and procedures governing subsistence support and shipboard food service.
- Must have an active Secret clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree from an accredited college, university, or Graduation from a military command and staff college.
- Familiarity with food service operations and equipment across carriers, surface ships, and submarines.
- At least 3 years of experience working in the USINDOPACOM AOR.
- At least 2 years of experience on a military staff office (Service HQ, Combatant Command, OSD, JS).
- Awareness of advancements in freeze-dried and rehydrated food technologies.
- Joint Professional Military Education (JPME).
The salary range for this position is $140K to $160K. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
