Call Center Representative - Military Veterans

We are actively recruiting Call Center Representatives for a national organization to handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues while delivering excellent service. Responsibilities

Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Ability to handle different topics effectively
Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives
Upsell products when opportunities arise
Maintain records of all conversations in a comprehensible way

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer support role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Provide excellent customer service and utilizing de-escalation strategies during difficult conversations
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
High school degree or equivalent
Ability to pass a standard typing test
