Large utility is looking for a Customer Energy Management Project Coordinator in Royal Oak, MI. This role involves coordinating gas and electric service projects for residential and commercial customers, managing project scoping, scheduling, and communication with stakeholders, while utilizing CAD, SAP, and other systems to ensure successful project completion. responsibilities:




  • Coordinate gas and electric service projects for residential and commercial/industrial customers.

  • Estimate customer and system loads, provide cost estimates, and identify required permits.

  • Oversee project scoping, analyze distribution design requirements, and prepare work orders.

  • Coordinate prerequisites for successful project completion to meet customer commitments.

  • Project Scoping, evaluating and analyzing distribution design requirements and impact on distribution system to direct the preparation of the work order.


Skills:





  • Demonstrate excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills.

  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while remaining organized.

  • Use CAD, SAP, and other systems/software for project management and internal quality control.

  • Organize and prioritize scheduling of work assignments in response to work orders.

  • Possess strong computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office) and analytical abilities.


Education:





  • Requires a 2-year associate degree in a technical field or

  • Two years of college coursework toward a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
