The Senior Retail Associate will support the business operations of Herbie's Market within the Nebraska Union. As the S enior Retail Associate , you will: Supervise and operate a Herbie's Market retail location. Hire, train, and lead student employees. Maintain inventory levels, order product, and complete store inventory. Reconcile receipts and complete reports as needed. Ability to read, write, weigh and measure necessary. Flexibility, ability to communicate and work on a team essential. Must have the ability to train and lead others. Cash handling experience, customer service skills, and knowledge of food service equipment essential. Food Handler's permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test required. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Preferred Qualifications: Supervisory experience preferred. Posted Salary: $15.76/hr minimum Job Type: Full-Time
