Reliability Engineer - Military Veterans

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join a mission driven team HYBRID in Alexandira, VA. The Reliability Engineer will advance the practice of Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) engineering focused on sustainment of reliable and maintainable weapon systems.
Responsibilities of the Reliability Engineer include:
· Provide technical expertise and guidance to the Director of Specialty Engineering in the areas of Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) Engineering
· Oversee reviews of R&M engineering policy and guidance, adhering to DoD best practices
· Develop and run community outreach events focused on R&M Engineering, including the RAMS Symposium, Webinars, ETC
· Conducts analysis of alternatives (AoA)
· Instantiation of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML into R&M Activities
Qualifications for the Reliability Engineer include:
- 9+ years of R&M Related experience with a Bachelor’s Degree. Masters degree may serve as substitution for years of experience
- Familiarity with R&M symposiums and events such as RAMs
- Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI
- R&M related certification is preferred
Compensation for the Reliability Engineer include:
- Salary: 150,000- 190,000 **Depending on Experience**
