Posting Number: S06140P Department: Executive Education Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 Pay Basis: Monthly Position Status: Regular full-time Location: Richardson Job Description: The Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas seeks a Program Director for the Customized Online Programs. The online graduate program offers MBA , MS and certificate options for the mobile professional. The curriculum is highly flexible with an emphasis on strategy and emerging technologies. The Program Director's role will be to recruit and select executives; assure program quality and continuity; mentor and advise aspiring executive leaders; oversee curriculum and assessments; and manage the program staff. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related progressive experience. Preferred Education and Experience: Preferred Education and Experience Ten years of executive leadership experience with virtual learning is preferred. An MBA or other graduate business degree, certificate, or related credentials is also preferred.
