Post-Doctoral Fellow - ( 240001NI ) A post-doctoral research position is available immediately in Dr. Lan Xiao's lab at the Department of Surgery in University of Maryland School of Medicine . The main research interest is to investigate the role of post-transcriptional gene regulation in maintaining gut mucosa integrity under various surgical stresses. Ideal candidate will have expertise in basic molecular and cellular biology techniques, mammalian cell culture, and work with animal models. Although previous experience is preferred, recent PhD graduates are welcome to apply.
