Associate Director Program for Inclusive Education University of Notre Dame The University of Notre Dame ( ND.jobs ) is accepting applications for a Associate Director Program for Inclusive Education . The Program for Inclusive Education (PIE) strengthens Catholic schools by advocating for a culture that supports all learners and by providing learning experiences and resources that deepen educators' understanding of evidence-based practices for inclusive education. PIE's Associate Director works to advance the program's mission to Welcome, Serve, and Celebrate all students in Catholic schools, especially struggling learners and students with disabilities with diverse academic, behavioral, and social/emotional abilities. The Associate Director will directly impact and advance inclusive education in three primary capacities: a) Program Development & Operations; b) Collaboration with Diverse Audiences; and c) Research, Content Creation, & Delivery. Program Development & Operations: Supports the 18-credit hour licensure program operations and candidates with spreading the mission of inclusive education. -Facilitates recruitment, application, admission, and retention -Manages student financial processes -Creates and coordinates program materials -Assists faculty, TAs, and candidates -Facilitates on-campus processes -Manages program and accreditation data for compliance -Collaborates with and fosters relationships with internal and external stakeholders Research, Content Creation, and Delivery: Supports PIE's programmatic/professional development outreach and encourages educators' continuous improvement in inclusion. -Creates and coordinates the online module system -Creates and distributes marketing materials -Researches best practices for content creation -Creates professional learning content and resources as applicable -Delivers professional development and inclusive support services as applicable -Engages with others to design continuous improvement measures -Collaborates with and fosters relationships with internal and external stakeholders Collaboration with Diverse Audiences: Supports PIE's messaging and mission to further its programmatic/professional development opportunities. -Creates and coordinates internal/external communication -Leads marketing/communication meetings -Creates and coordinates social media and email campaigns -Generates and facilitates plans to engage stakeholders -Collaborates with and fosters relationships with internal and external stakeholders Additional Responsibilities: Supports the PIE Director -Assists with other responsibilities as directed Note: Start date expected June 1 or as soon as possible. Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree or advance certification beyond Bachelors 3-4 years Education training in the field of inclusive education/special education or related services with knowledge of higher education processes. Preferred Qualifications: Professional relations, human resources, administrative processes, data collection, and technology with specific programs (e.g., Office, Qualtrics, LMS platforms). Content in the area of special education given necessary academic/pastoral support and writing. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and organizational skills Personal and professional attributes Quick learner Attention to detail Collaborative work style with a record of success Independent decision-making Helpful/Preferred: Understands Catholic schools and has a passion for this mission.
