Job Summary:
St. David’s Healthcare is recruiting a full-time orthopaedic APP to work at St. David’s Surgical Hospital in Austin, TX.Qualified Candidates:
- New graduates welcomed to apply but must have prior Ortho experience
- 1St assist required with heavy emphasis in orthopaedics
- Licensed to practice in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
- M-F 7AM – 3 PM
- Weekend rounding once/month, additional pay for weekend shifts
- Call coverage: Rotation weekly 24hr call coverage
- Rounding at St. David’s Surgical Hospital only
- Inpatient only

- St. David's Surgical Hospital, a campus of St. David’s North Austin Medical Center, is a destination surgical hospital specializing in orthopedic, neurological, bariatric, gynecological and urological surgery, among others.
- Located in North Austin, the facility includes a 146,381-square-foot hospital with 40 inpatient rooms, 10 operating room suites, 11 pre-op bays, 19 post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) bays, a six-bed intensive care unit (ICU), imaging, pharmacy and lab services.
