POSITION SUMMARY & OVERALL PURPOSE:
Lenox is committed to fostering a people-centric workplace that helps you learn and grow as you prepare for life after college. This full-time position is part of our summer internship program, where you will work with a Relationship Manager. The intern will obtain hands on experience in the Sales cycle by shadowing and/or assisting with the various steps in the process. The Intern will be responsible for completing a project at the direction of their supervisor and present their findings at the end of the program.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Primary responsibilities include the following:
- Assist Relationship Manager in day-to-day client servicing
- Learn to develop relationships with clients, team members and vendor partners
- Assist with fact finds, meeting presentations and special projects
- Assist with prospecting lists
- Assist with underwriting requirements
- Other duties as assigned
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in college, community, internship, or co-op experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Be able to initiate and follow through with independent projects
- Excellent communication (verbal and writing) and interpersonal skills
- Cultivating relationship ability
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Customer service oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
- Rising senior of a four-year university preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience in college, community, internship, etc

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
The hourly rate offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual hourly rate offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
