Customer Service Representative - All of Us Research Study Support | Saint Louis University - Military Veterans

JOB SUMMARY: Under direct supervision of the site manager, this role involves initiating and responding to phone calls to facilitate enrollment in the All of Us Program. This position supports scheduling, assists with logistics, and focuses on engaging potential participants, including trying to persuade hesitant prospects to become active participants. JOB DUTIES: Make outbound calls to potential participants to explain the All of Us Program's purpose, benefits, and enrollment process. Schedule appointments for physical measurement and biospecimen collection. Engage with individuals expressing initial hesitations ("soft refusals") to encourage participation. Document reasons for non-participation and track cancellations. Address inquiries about the All of Us Program via phone. Complete additional tasks as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally and tactfully. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Proficient in typing and computer usage. Capacity to learn and use study-specific software. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Persuasion and influence skills. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one (1) year of experience in customer service, or a related field. Survey research experience preferred. This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.88/hour and is benefit eligible (PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision coverage on day 1, tuition remission, 403B Savings plan) This position is being funded by a grant and/or designated source and therefore continuation in the position is contingent upon funding availability.
