Testing Support Coordinator Job Identification: 17914 Posting Date: Job Schedule: Locations: Degree Level: Job Description: What We Are Looking For Baylor University is seeking a Testing Support Coordinator to support the mission and vision of the University within the Office of Access and Learning Accommodation (OALA) by coordinating testing accommodations for students with disabilities. This includes communicating with students, faculty and staff regarding testing protocol, receiving exams, coordinating testing room schedules with appropriate accommodations, and administering exams. This position supports the vision by helping students accomplish their academic goals by providing a supportive learning environment where they can flourish. A Bachelor's Degree and one year of relevant work experience is required. Three years of relevant work experience is preferred. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. What You Will Do Coordinate the administration of exams for students with disabilities, which includes: scheduling testing rooms with appropriate accommodations; emailing faculty and staff to request exams; distribution of testing materials; coordinating with faculty and staff to arrange completed exam pick-up and return Implement, maintain, and provide training of new software and technology, which includes: exam scheduling software, reader accommodation software, dictation software, other assistive technologies Maintain accurate records and prepare statistical reports pertaining to exam administration and scheduling, transportation of the exams, exam tracking, and related information Aide the Assistant Director of Testing in scheduling, training, and supervising student workers and graduate students, as they assist in the Testing Center Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission Ability to comply with University policies Maintain regular and punctual attendance What You Can Expect As part of the Baylor family, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous time off, tuition remission, and outstanding automatic retirement contributions.
