As a Warehouse Material Handler - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and accurate movement of materials within our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy. With your attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you will ensure that materials are properly labeled, stored, and delivered to the appropriate locations. Your ability to operate material handling equipment and follow safety protocols will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will report directly to our Warehouse Supervisor.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our warehouse operations, ensuring that materials are readily available for production and shipment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or invoices.
- Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and inventory accuracy.
- Retrieve materials from storage areas and prepare them for production or shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including sweeping, organizing, and disposing of waste.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any material-related issues or discrepancies.

YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
