As
a Program Controls Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial
role in managing and overseeing various aspects of program controls for our
aerospace projects. You will be responsible for activities such as scheduling,
cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. Your expertise in program
controls will contribute to the successful execution of our projects and ensure
their timely completion.
You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager, and you'll work out of
our Clearwater, FL location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our aerospace
projects by providing accurate and timely program controls support. You will
collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and
compliance with project management standards and best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement project
planning and scheduling strategies
Monitor and control project costs and
budgets
Identify and mitigate project risks
and issues
Analyze project performance metrics
and provide insights and recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to ensure project success
Ensure compliance with project management
standards and best practices

Minimum of 3 years of experience in
program controls, project management, or related roles

management principles and methodologies
Excellent analytical and
