Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Supplier Relation Specialist Supplier Relation Specialist (Saudi National) to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Obtain accounting statements from suppliers that reflect the client's financial status/transactions.
- Collect, analyze, and manage data pertaining to the service providers.
- Manage materials and services procurement, apply of legal implications and risk preservation
- Manage Procurement life cycle efficiently.
- Develop and improve major business processes such as business continuity and supplier partnership to deliver annual improvements in total cost, quality and service, and support sites as needed.
- Review, identify, and contact vendors by telephone, email, and fax to obtain accounting statements to achieve assigned weekly export targets.
- Track information received in appropriate databases by making notes of every conversation with vendor in the database with brief detailed notes.
- Tracking supplier performance and ongoing evaluations as well as responsible for Tracking expired legal commercial documents and follow up with suppliers for commercial document validation.
- Support in maintaining partnerships at all levels with the suppliers to emphasize collaboration and set clear expectations, common goals, trust and transparency
- Negotiate purchase orders/contracts’ terms with international suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
- Conduct cost analysis and comparison and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities.
- Resolve any issues related to procurement and supplier performance.
- Ensure quality standards are met for all procured goods and services.
- Develop and maintain a supplier database.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, accounting, business administration, or equivalent;
- +5 years of procurement department and +3 years in Supplier Relationship Management or relevant business experience.
- +5 years in strategic sourcing and procurement life cycle management.
- Experience Entity Monitoring, Reporting, Contract management
- Experience coordinating / Suppliers Relation Management.
- Capability for Building Strategic Partnerships proficiently.
- Excellent English / Arabic written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation skills.
- Experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience).
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
