Workstations (WKS) are at the cutting edge of technology and driving new use cases and innovation for HP's customers and are one of the fastest growing product categories in the PC Industry.
The workstations business is rapidly evolving to provide new products and solutions to our customers' ever-increasing needs for high performance- whether its enhanced capabilities in AEC (Architecture, Design & Construction), M&E (Media and Entertainment), PDM (Product Development & Manufacturing) or AI/Data Science or new ways of using intense compute as users move to a Hybrid work environment.
WW Workstations Strategic Initiative 4P Mgr role will be part of a global WKS Category 4P team and will be responsible for driving a growth plan for our global WKS business.
Responsibilities:
- Build and own a global 4P (product, price, place, and promotion) strategy and framework for HP Workstations.
- Ensure that the 4P plans are aligned to the overall global WKS strategy & business objectives.
- Engage with and drive a wide range of stakeholders including GBU, Go To Market teams (Channel Partners, HP Online Store and others if required) Marketing, Alliances, Markets & peers within the Category 4P & Lifecycle team for common 4P.
- Represent & contribute to Pan-Personal Systems initiatives/projects related to growth.
- Define detailed actions for the 4P plans with owners & timelines. Work with stakeholders to achieve progress as per required timelines.
- Define key global & market/country level investments (Products, Operating Expenses/Headcounts, Marketing, Alliance, Sales etc.) required for success and work with required stakeholders internally and externally to achieve those investments:
- Ensure that the 4P plans are updated on a 4 Quarter Rolling business (4Q4P). Drive execution and management update cadences including dashboard publish across key stakeholders and representing in executive forums.

- Proven ability to work at the strategic (12-24 month) planning horizon as well tactically, measuring success and course-correcting plans inside current and future quarters.
- Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail and quality of deliverables; demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities (both long and short term) simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills, and group facilitation.
- High degree of flexibility and the ability to work within a fluid, constantly changing environment.
- Simplifying the complex: Ability to simplify complex problems and provide choice points backed with sound data analysis.
- Storytelling: Ability to present complex business problems and build a strong narrative to drive objectives. Strong presentation skills, including building executive level presentations and articulation.
- Growth Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with ability to build solutions where none exist.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills across multiple teams. Ability to align different team priorities and drive towards a common goal.

Qualification Required:
- Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration with Technical / Engineering Background
Experience:
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in sales, category, business development or product management highly desirable.
- Small-medium business or channel partner experience highly desirable.
- Requires working across multiple time zones. Limited Travel ( < 10%)
The base pay range for this role is $118,050.00 to $181,800.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
