Job Summary:
HCA Florida Healthcare’s North Florida Division is seeking a Regional Medical Director to join our Emergency Medicine Service Line for the greater Orlando area.Qualified Candidates:
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
- Must reside in the greater Orlando area
- Previous leadership experience with demonstrated department operational efficiency
- Ability to manage new contract start-ups
- Proficiency in performing complex tasks
- Identifies and executes on quality improvement initiatives
- Dedicated focus on patient satisfaction
- Oversee and manage market affairs in real time
- Develop relationship and attend hospital meetings with C-suite, alongside Senior Vice President

Comprised of:
- HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital, HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital, HCA Florida Osceola Hospital, Oviedo Medical Center and their associated Freestanding Emergency Rooms, as well as UCF Lake Nona Hospital
- Two level II Trauma Facilities
- ACGME Accredited Emergency Medicine Residency Program, Emergency Medical Services Fellowship and Emergency Medicine Ultrasound fellowship
- Dedicated Pediatric Emergency room separate from the main entrance of the HCA Florida Osceola Hospital
- Several brand new, state of the art Freestanding Emergency Rooms in the North Orlando market with more to come
