Position: Tenure-Track / Tenured Faculty Position in Theoretical Quantum Science and Engineering REVISED
Description: The Princeton Quantum Initiative (PQI), the School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS), and the Department of Physics seek applicants for a tenure-track/tenured faculty position in theoretical quantum science and engineering. Candidates in quantum theory are encouraged to apply, including quantum information theory, quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, quantum systems theory, and fundamental quantum science. Candidates should have a commitment to teaching and a demonstrated ability to pursue a high impact research program. An appointment may be made jointly with another appropriate department or program (such as Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Physics). A start date of September 1, 2025 is preferred. The department is committed to fostering an academic environment that acknowledges and encourages diversity and differences.
