Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and perform regular maintenance and repairs on dealership facilities and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing direction, training, and support.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for larger repairs and upgrades.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role, preferably in a dealership or commercial setting.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
