GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
To support all organization production projects with copying, required finishing and/or assembly, order fulfilment, as well as distribution, shipping, and logistics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide support with all print jobs to ensure high-quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Copy, finish, assemble and package curriculum or organize projects for inventory or distribution.
- Complete and follow through with projects and/or orders assigned in a timely manner.
- Process and fulfil orders through our online shopping portal.
- Report all document tracking or order confirmations, shipments, and receipts to Production Lead.
- Support all necessary components within the current project and/or orders.
- Assist with daily and/or weekly maintenance and upkeep of all production department’s Xerox machines and equipment.
- Consistently maintain and assist in leading an environment of teamwork within the production department.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide support in providing and developing new ways to organize new and upcoming projects.
- Have a working understanding of our curriculum and program structure.
- Maintain an accurate of record of our sites/locations.
- Support the Production Lead with all necessary assignments.

- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Maintain an organized workspace and workflow.
- Adapt quickly to new or evolving products or projects as needed.
- Maintain a professional environment in the production department.
- Provide high-quality products in a timely manner.
- Calmly and effectively execute multiple tasks within dynamic, service-focused environment.
- Follow instructions and demonstrate willingness to take initiative and provide leadership as needed.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in strategizing and prioritizing tasks.
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma required; two-year minimum college degree preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an office environment and with document production methods and equipment.
KNOWLEDGE OF:
- Principles and practices of basic Microsoft programs and any other software programs that our company utilizes.
- Requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and basic mathematical skills.
- Basic copier/scanner operation.
- Safe work practices.
COMPUTER & EQUIPMENT SKILLS:
WORD; Word processing (minimum 45 wpm)
EXCEL; (set up, design, maintain spreadsheets, create calculation formulas)
Use typical office equipment
