Manufacturing Manager - Military Veterans

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Manufacturing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Our commitment to quality and excellence drives us to create products that meet the highest standards of safety and performance.

As a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead our manufacturing team in the production of high-quality medical devices. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and mentor manufacturing staff, promoting an environment culture of safety, collaboration, quality, and efficiency.
· Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
· Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
· Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
· Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
· Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
· Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to production processes.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
· 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in the medical device industry.
· Proven track record of implementing process improvements and leading teams.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
