Production Technician - Military Veterans

The company is seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious Production Technician to join its team in Camas, WA. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the company's cryogenic air separation plants, gas purification systems, and associated equipment. You will be an essential part of the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly while adhering to company, customer, and regulatory policies.

This role you will be maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of equipment, including cryogenic liquid and gas storage vessels, vaporization systems, pumps, compressors, and instrumentation systems. You will also play a key role in plant shutdowns and start-ups, conducting regular maintenance, and identifying opportunities to improve system reliability and reduce operational costs. A strong sense of safety, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential, as you perform hands-on work in both the field and office, sometimes in elevated or confined spaces.

As part of the team, you'll work closely with other technicians, engineers, and managers to ensure optimal plant performance. You are also responsible for maintaining accurate maintenance records, utilizing computer systems for documentation, and responding to customer feedback in a timely and effective manner.

On-call duties and overtime may be required depending on plant activities, with rotating shifts for weekend and holiday coverage. The company offers a supportive and growth-focused environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on operational success.
