Job Overview

Employees in this position serve as technical experts and trusted advisors to customers, sales teams, and internal channel partners. This role helps identify, progress, and close opportunities by understanding the customer's business requirements, technical requirements, and the competitive landscape. By applying business insights and deep subject matter expertise, employees build and maintain customer relationships, and incorporate what has been learned through the discovery process to design a solution that aligns with the business needs of the customer.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions
  • Support technical discussions and solution design throughout the sales process in order to progress/close deals and build customer relationships
  • Deliver product demonstrations, technical education, and proof of concepts
  • Provide input on proposals and draft scope of work
  • Maintain an understanding of the customer's industry, including industry trends, industry business processes
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
