ServiceNow HR Business Analyst - Military Veterans

The ServiceNow HR Business Analyst will support the Global ServiceNow HR Product Owner to enable the delivery of Chubb's global HR Service Delivery needs through the ServiceNow HR platform by collecting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring seamless implementation and optimization of HR processes. The Business Analyst will work closely with global HR stakeholders and the HR Technology team to identify pain points, design solutions, configure the platform, and provide ongoing support for efficient HR operations within ServiceNow HR. Additionally, this role will also engage with the Technology team to support the integration with Chubb's chatbot and deployment of future AI capabilities. The role reports to the AVP Global ServiceNow HR Product Owner and is part of the Global HR Services team.
Ideally, this candidate will sit in our New York, NY/Jersey City, NJ/or Whitehouse Station, NJ offices. Other office locations/remote options may be considered.
Essential Functions:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR teams to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and document detailed business requirements.
- Process Design: Analyze existing HR workflows and design streamlined processes within the ServiceNow platform, considering best practices across regions and user experience.
- System Configuration: Utilize ServiceNow configuration capabilities to customize the module, including fields, workflows, forms, and reports to match business needs.
- Data Analysis: Extract and analyze data from the ServiceNow platform to identify trends, monitor performance metrics, and inform decision-making.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with HR users to ensure the system meets their requirements and functionalities.
- Training & Support: Develop user documentation, provide training materials, and offer ongoing support to HR users on the ServiceNow platform.
- Project Management: Contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring of release plans and other projects.
- Knowledge Management: Support Global Knowledge leader to ensure HR Knowledge needs remain aligned with services delivered through the platform.
- 5 years of relevant Business Analyst, HR and/or ServiceNow HR experience
- HR Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of processes within the HR function (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee benefits, and payroll.)
- ServiceNow Expertise: Proficient in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow HRSD module, including workflow design, data mapping, and reporting.
- Business Analysis Skills: Ability to gather requirements, analyze data, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
