KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and oversee the strategic account management function, driving the development and execution of strategic account plans
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective account management and contract negotiations
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence and drive long-term business growth
You will travel up to 50% for this role
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven trackrecord of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth in the pulp and paper, giga factory, film manufacturing and/or rubber manufacturing sector
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or ChemicalEngineering
- Experience in Industrial Automation, IIoT, Distributed Control Systems, Cyber Security, and Operations Technology
- Experience in in the pulp and paper, Gigafactory, film manufacturing and/or rubber manufacturing sector
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively manage strategic accounts and navigate complex sales cycles
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a high-performing team
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to changing market trends
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
