Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage analysis and performance monitoring of the effectiveness and execution of asset controlprocedures.
- Ensure accountability and proper tracking mechanisms are used to conform to expectedorganizational standards and goals.
- Identify and implement solutions to problematic areas of theasset control process.
- Verify the accuracy of the data recorded/updated in the IT Asset ManagementSystem (ITAMS).
- Draft correspondence, as required. Ensure accuracy of ITAMS data, making sureanomalies are identified and addressed immediately.
- Reconcile all balances regularly and submit accurate, auditable financial year-end inventory reports.
- Perform physical inventories.
- Must have a secret clearance with IT-II sensitivity.
- Ability to gain Forklift certification if local work area requires.
- Reliable transportation, and ability to use POV to travel on-site.
- Minimum two year of relevant warehouse experience.
- Minimum two year of experience entering asset data and extracting reports from automated inventory tracking systems.
- Minimum two year of experience in performing physical inventories.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and Adobe.
- One year of ServiceNow experience.
